Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. A 7-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee may be applied if the appointment can still be accommodated. If not, the appointment may be canceled and cancellation policies will apply. By booking, you agree to these policies.
